Media streaming, Backups and downloading sites
At Sharpido Web Services, we strictly prohibit the hosting of media streaming and downloading sites on any of our hosting plans. If such content is detected, your account will be suspended immediately, and no refunds will be issued.
Media Storage Restrictions
If you wish to store media files such as movies, songs, or music (excluding images used solely for website design purposes), you must opt for a separate server, such as a VPS or dedicated server. Shared hosting, cPanel hosting, and WordPress hosting plans are not permitted for this purpose.
Zip Files(Includes Other compressed file formates) and Backup Policy
Users are not allowed to use shared hosting, cPanel hosting, or WordPress hosting to store zip files. Additionally, users are allowed to create only one manual backup. Sharpido Web Services provides backup services with the hosting plans, and it is recommended to rely on these services for your backup needs.
FREENOM Domains Not Allowed
We don’t allow Freenom domain on our any hosting. If you still place an order with the Freenom domain and use it for spamming purpose. Your account will be suspended immediately and no refunds will be done and we have the right to terminate your account.
Spamming
Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over the Internet (known as “spamming”) is prohibited, regardless of whether or not it overloads a server or disrupts service to sharpido.in’s customers. Sharpido reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Viruses and Other Destructive Activities
Use of Sharpido.in’s services or equipment for creating or sending Internet viruses, worms or Trojan horses, or for pinging, flooding or mail bombing, or engaging in denial of service attacks is prohibited.
Debit Card & Credit Card Conditions
Once adding your card, we are authorised to capture your payment without your permission, once the card is added you cannot ask us to delete your card details because of futher fraud protection.
Illegal Use
Sharpido.in services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or distribution of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation or that may directly facilitate the violation of any particular law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.
System and Network Abuse
Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation the following: unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks; interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks; forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.
Pornography
The use of Sharpido.in’s services to store, post, display, transmit, advertise or otherwise make available any type of pornography is prohibited. Sharpido as required by law, and will, notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of the presence of pornography on, or being transmitted through its services.
Software/WebPanel/API Change
In case of a change in the price of third party Software/WebPanel/API Change customers has to follow the new price. We will send new separate invoice & customers has to pay the new invoice. Failing to which Sharpido reserves the right to suspend and terminate the accounts
Refund policy
By accepting our terms of service, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions set forth in our refund policy.
Free Domain Policy
Any Domain you got from Sharpido.in for free will not change its nameserver pointing to another IP or Transfer or Migrate to another domain registrar or provider.
