Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts for 10 days from the date of your first payment. You are eligible to request a refund within this period. However, after 10 days from the date of your first payment, we will not be able to provide any refunds. Also, please note that once you have made a second payment, you will not be able to request a refund for that payment.

At Sharpido, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our clients are satisfied with their purchases. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and reasonable to all parties involved.

If you encounter any issues with our server or control panels, such as Cpanel, Direct Admin Panel, Managed WordPress, or Reseller Hosting, we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue. In the unlikely event that we are unable to solve the problem, you will be eligible for a refund.

However, please note that we do not offer Managed VPS Server or Managed Dedicated Server, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve any issues related to these services. We also do not offer refunds for domain purchases made through Sharpido.

In the event that you mistakenly purchase hosting or expect to receive a domain for free with one month of hosting, we regret to inform you that you will not be eligible for a refund.

Furthermore, we do not initiate refunds for Intel VPS Servers, AMD VPS Servers, or Dedicated Servers.

Once a refund is approved, we will settle the amount to your bank account within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We are eligible to cancel your account if it goes against our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

You are free to cancel your product anytime by making the request. On cancelation, the refund will proceed only if it comes under the Refund Policy.
