Refund Policy
Our refund policy lasts for 10 days from the date of your first payment. You are eligible to request a refund within this period. However, after 10 days from the date of your first payment, we will not be able to provide any refunds.
At Sharpido, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our clients are satisfied with their purchases. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and reasonable to all parties involved.
If you encounter any issues with our server or control panels, such as Cpanel, Direct Admin Panel, Managed WordPress, or Reseller Hosting, we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue. In the unlikely event that we are unable to solve the problem, you will be eligible for a refund.
However, please note that we do not offer Managed VPS Server or Managed Dedicated Server, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve any issues related to these services. We also do not offer refunds for domain purchases made through Sharpido.
In the event that you mistakenly purchase hosting or expect to receive a domain for free with one month of hosting, we regret to inform you that you will not be eligible for a full refund. 30% of the actual payment will be deducted and the rest will be refunded to your bank account. Additionally, the cost of the domain will be excluded and added separately.
You will not be provided a refund for the domain you purchased, and the full amount for the domains you got for free with annual or later hosting (with any plan, whether it is on offer or not) will be deducted from the payment you made as the domains are non-refundable. For example, if you purchase a personal hosting plan for 1 year and you claimed a free domain with it which cost Rs. 100 at the time of purchase, then the cost of the domain will be subtracted from the total payment you made while purchasing the hosting with a free domain and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
Furthermore, we do not initiate refunds for Intel VPS Servers, AMD VPS Servers, or Dedicated Servers.
Once a refund is approved, we will settle the amount to your bank account within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy
We are eligible to cancel your account if it goes against our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
You are free to cancel your product anytime by making the request. On cancellation, the refund will proceed only if it falls under the Refund Policy.
